...well, they call my mom. They ask for the go-ahead on the repairs, and my mom was confused so she just said yes and didn't ask any q's.
So I we talk abt it and I ask him to prioritise the docs, music, and pics, b/c if there are corrupted files then I don't need them.

So anyway he apologised for everything and said there has been some miscommunication, but he'll call me at 5 pm.
