So, my laptop wasn't working and I sent it in to the Best Buy Geek Squad. They didn't call me, so I called them.
So he's saying it is taking a long time but he'll make sure it's done before he leaves at 5 pm.

I get another call 10 mins later. It's a diff guy, he tells me the issue is there are errors in my user data files.

So I we talk abt it and I ask him to prioritise the docs, music, and pics, b/c if there are corrupted files then I don't need them.
