I try to be understanding when it comes to issues with customer service, because I've been there. But when I get lied to and jerked around..
So first guy I harangued on the phone over this shit. I am upset. He says that I can buy an external HDD to expedite the process.

And I'm like, I was told this would take 72 hrs, it's been 8 days. And I was like, you should have the space, said not to transfer games.

So he's saying it is taking a long time but he'll make sure it's done before he leaves at 5 pm.
