colleen is such a great character, hell all the women for the most part were really interesting in iron fist but like

their plots all serve to revolve around the men around them, their feelings, etc. there are no separate arcs for the women.

like, who is colleen? what's her story? she started off as a sarcastic tough badass but her dialogue became just so coddling of danny

even claire, who was very critical of danny, was still around to make him feel better

and even just narratively, danny's whole story doesn't make much sense. it's never really explained why he's in new york and left k'un-lun

Also, the way they did Davos was...idek, I mean frankly he's in the right to be pissed off that Danny is the Iron Fist.

I know that he's jealous of Danny in the comics and is a supervillain b/c of this, pretty much, but that's just a bad scene all around.

Also: constant Buddhism quotes from Danny as well. Just absurd.
