the chip is very prevalent where I live and I am so glad it works 99% of the time here b/c it is so much faster.

yeah might be. europe is good re: debit cards, although banks in ireland feel like they're sooo behind in other ways.

no banks are open on sundays and most bank machines don't take deposits.
