@AdmiralHip I mean, it essentially is bipolar disorder anyway, just a focused form of it, so it'd make sense. Bipolar has a lot less stigma. -

@AdmiralHip although personally the diagnosis for me was a huge turning point in helping myself, so idk -
@ashtonraze sometimes knowing I think helps...once I knew about my stuff, it kinda helped me face up to it
