That’s in fact the whole story. The whole green line is pointless add on’s, to confuse the point, if the city wants to build a mixed use development and appropriate that space, they can pay the owners of the land to do so.

I’m not seeing vested “right “ interests though? I can’t find the approved drive thru thread either, or see where or when it was approved? Where’s that at? I don’t like corbella at all, like I said but I cannot find the approval either.

The quoted thread literally says that the building can maintain the drive/thru, it was the significant modifications to the design that prompted the bylaws.
