Really need white anthopologists, archaeologists, and historians to stop referring to religious people in W. Europe as 'shamans'. Stop using Indigenous terminology like that. It's irresponsible and inaccurate.

Shaman is a Russian word isn’t it? Should it be used for non European religious? Should we prefer the local terms?

No, it is derived from an Evenki word, which is Indigenous and I have said this several times over now and is also an easily googled thing. We should absolutely use local terms. If there are none, then we need to come up with more neutral language.
