I get this when I wash my hands with certain types of soap or I touch dust mites and it sucks, I hate it. Hydrocortisone cream does the job but I hate using that stuff on my hands.

Oooooh same! I was so worried at the start of the pandemic that all the harsh soap and hand sanitizer would severely, but I found some good soaps and the Working Hands hand cream from O’Keeffe’s is a godsend for restoring any eczema I might develop.

Ugh. My bane. I always know spring is coming when it decides to remind me of its existence.

OH! Thanks! I just thought it was how my eczema appeared on my feet - I didn't know it was a separate type. That explains why it goes away as soon as I wear sandals - cheap light therapy.

Sun can help, they help mine. But the best thing is steroid cream and identifying your triggers. Mine are certain soaps and dust.
