You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
And depends on the type of plant and just how cold it got in that time period. If you do a search I'm sure you can find tips but likely even if the plant survives (i.e. roots) you'll have a lot of foliage and branch die-off so it'll be a lot of waiting.
