These are my favorite snicker doodles. I think the 1980s BHG cookbook in my mom's kitchen uses slightly more butter? But either way, they turn out soft and fluffy every time. Take them out before they get brown on the edges.https://www.bhg.com/recipe/desserts/snickerdoodles/ …

And then these are the best chocolate chip cookies I've made. They always turn out nice and soft/chewy. I just use regular or mini chocolate chips with this recipe and they turn out great. Weirdly better room temp than warm.https://tasty.co/recipe/the-best-chewy-chocolate-chip-cookies …

I have a chocolate Andes mint cookie recipe that is DELICIOUS but also a pain in the ass (and they're really ugly if you can't find the parfait mints, which I generally end up ordering online...but still delicious with the regular mints)
