Making shakshuka for dinner, and I am excited to try it for the first time, although I wish I had some feta cheese or bread. Ah well, next time. It's easy enough to make again. Not sure why I haven't made it before now.

Didn't use a recipe really, just sauteed onions, garlic, peppers, salt, pepper, cumin (I don't have any paprika or chili in the house otherwise I'd use some), crushed tomatoes, some balsamic vinegar, reduced it, then baked it in the oven with the eggs for 25 mins.
