Here’s a question. If a disabled person is paid minimum wage to do two hours of work that they have to spend another 4 hours recovering from, is that person paid minimum wage at all?
Is there any way of said disabled person being properly paid for hourly work?

this is a really good point and I never thought about it that way before. You're totally right though, recovering from work is something that able-bodied people don't think about at all.

I did some online training today and got paid decently for it... but I haven’t got out of bed since. Like I can’t move. Every minute that ticks away feels like my hourly earnings are reducing
