It's good to be reminded. I'm just on a regular multivitamin, but might look into more for winter indoors.

It’s a good idea. They tend not to have enough in a multivitamin IMO, and you’d have to take a lot (like A LOT) to have too much. I take 2000 IUs (50mcg) a day and my mom has been taking double that plus a multivitamin for years.

The minimum required dose is very very low for the UK and Ireland, to the point where doctors are saying it needs to be upped because deficiency is so common.

I usually get a fair amount of daylight so in a normal year I don't worry, but - 2020. So it's worth a go!

I thought I was too...and I got a blood test that said I was very low. This was before lockdown. Sunscreen will block any absorption as well. So yeah, it can’t hurt.
