I don’t know if this is you, but it’s me: As sunshine hours go down, and as we all stay in more because of COVID, maybe it is time to look at your Vitamin D intake.
The minimum required dose is very very low for the UK and Ireland, to the point where doctors are saying it needs to be upped because deficiency is so common.

I usually get a fair amount of daylight so in a normal year I don't worry, but - 2020. So it's worth a go!

I thought I was too...and I got a blood test that said I was very low. This was before lockdown. Sunscreen will block any absorption as well. So yeah, it can’t hurt.
