Trying to find a concrete date for a source, the best explanation is from Thurneysen but he leaves out a date for some sections, namely the preceding genealogical matter (which is a small prose section), and one passage in the text.

Thurneysen may be wrong, I have no idea, as far as I can tell no one has revisited his assessment. Ó Corráin seems to have accepted it but there aren’t any real discussions on the language of this text anywhere.
