Please RT: I missed a single call from @Tesco delivery during my slot (2-6pm). I called back 20 minutes later and had contacted their customer service by 16:21. They will not re-deliver my items and have left a disabled person without food. The next slot I can access is 24th Nov

This was all my food for the month. I had this slot booked weeks ago. It took all my energy to order this and I had 95 items on there. I explained I was disabled and wouldn’t have any food if they didn’t redeliver. They didn’t care. I’m just so upset
