So the Irish government announced, at 4pm on the Friday afternoon before most unis were due to start teaching, that everything that possibly could go online, should. I agree with the decision but could it not have been made a teeny bit earlier? Next week is gonna be rough...

That was Dublin only - now extended across the country (and, I think, pushing harder language than last week, with only 'absolutely essential' teaching in f2f).

My teaching has now gone from 'lectures online, tutorials f2f' to 'totally f2f' to 'totally online' in less than 2 weeks. Class starts on Weds and I still don't have access to the VLE.....
