Do any of my tweeps suffer from seasonal respiratory allergies and notice any relation between those and their eyesight? Not itching, mind you, more like...having a blocked nose & noticing eye fatigue at the same time.

Yeah, when my seasonal allergies were really bad and I was getting periodic sinus infections, I frequently got sore eyes, like I had eye strain. Went away largely when I started using a nasal spray.

I'm glad to hear you got it under control! My allergist insisted I continue using just over-the-counter antihistamines and it's been doing the trick but every other month I have a bad week or so and this time I just realized how much it's coinciding with my eyes misbehaving...

I use prescription antihistamines plus the steroid now because they became hard to manage eventually, but like you sometimes my allergies just go real bad. I do occasionally still get the weird eye stuff, depending on how thick the pollen is.

Thanks for sharing! I'm a little less worried now that I know other people experience similar symptoms.

Do you use a saline spray to clear your nose? I find that brings some relief since I think the problem is the sinuses get inflamed and can press on the eye muscles.

I've recently run out, so this reminds me I should get some this weekend if I go out!

I had to up my supply just two weeks ago, but I'm already running low haha. Been a pollen-y week.
