One of my problematic opinions is that the full English breakfast is good actually

Full Irish is better but a full English is pretty damn good.

I honestly don’t know the difference but I suppose I should figure it out!

It’s basically the same lmao, I’m just japing. The difference is black and white pudding is near mandatory in a full Irish plus you may often get potatoes of some description, probably bubble and squeak. And in Scotland a full breakfast has a tattie scone.

The biggest difference is, in fact, the sausage. English sausages are uniformly awful, unless you get really fancy ones, while even bog-standard Irish sausages are quite nice. The same can usually be said about the pudding too.

This is true, you need to find the properly fancy sausages in England from a butcher, the ones without much filling. Sausages here in Ireland are always good.
