End of September I think, although for first years it’s October 6? I’m not too sure. A few of us have been trying to pressure our college to make masks mandatory but they’re still advising teaching staff to wear visors/face shields unless we can’t social distance.

But we have such poorly ventilated buildings with small hallways and cramped bathrooms, most classrooms don’t have windows. I know my School says to just use face masks but other Schools have different rules so

And I have no idea how student accommodations are being worked out. Many have shared kitchens.

yep I think accommodation is just unavoidably a disaster. same issue here w colleges and shared bathrooms

The fact that no one seems to be taking a cue from the US disasters is... something. I know we're ~uniquely bad~ but surely the logistics of cramming thousands of students into tight spaces during a poorly-handled pandemic are comparable
