I am so sick of dealing with my bank.
I can only send them messages online and each reply is just a cycle of the same replies I get from them over and over because none of the CSRs seem to be checking the previous messages.

Honestly I understand why I got so many upset customers when I worked for this same bank 12 years ago.

Like don’t get me wrong, I got a lot of angry customers swear at me because they basically wanted to commit fraud or because they messed up themselves. But I saw so many cases of my fellow employees outright lying to customers or giving them bad info.
