How many people of color must be included in someone's social circle before they're allowed to share non-Eurocentric knowledge?

this isn’t about “sharing knowledge”, it’s about white academics who are experts who get jobs over BIPOC to teach in cultures not their own, occupying a space that isn’t theirs to occupy. So be quiet.

You say it's not about sharing knowledge and then you say that it is. I'm confused. If someone takes the time and effort to become a bonafide expert on a culture they didn't grow up in, why shouldn't they have opportunities to teach it regardless?
