Never diagnosed? That’s a whole lotta yikes. I don’t blame you on the gym thing—it’s something Jamie threw out as an idea cuz he wasn’t sure if you were near any small, already obsessively clean gyms like one we know (it was already a set capacity, obsessively clean, etc gym

before covid19 and the owner cracked down even harder on people. Huge difference from the guy with the big gym who got his business license revoked and gym shut down. Ooo since you’re working through your PhD, do you have large books? Or any physical books? You could maybe

The issue isn’t figuring out exercise, I have been exercising at home. The exercise I was doing seemed to mess up an old injury in my hip. What is annoying is that the exercise I was doing was basically a power walking video.

So the video combines walking with a few moves to work the quads, hamstrings, and there is some upper body stuff (sometimes with a band). The videos range from 15-45 mins so I change it up.

I need to be doing more intense cardio than light walks (which I have been doing intermittently but my area is a busy one). But it seems something I did messed up either my psoas or illipsoas muscle (or maybe both).

I’ve thought about the books in a bag idea, I do have some heavy books around. Not sure how good the range of motion will be with it since it is huge.
