I’ve looked through stuff from lifters but my problem is that there is a lot of bad advice out there from athletes and persona therapists alike. So I’m curious if anyone has personal experience since often anecdotal evidence can be more useful.
I’ve thought about the books in a bag idea, I do have some heavy books around. Not sure how good the range of motion will be with it since it is huge.

That’s terrible. I guess give it a few days so your parts can heal up a bit and do light works to see how far they’ll let you go
