Tried to be consistent with cardio this week. Took a break the last two days and today woke up with bad lip pain. Looks like I may have reaggrivated my old injury.
Well, I’m a poor PhD student in a small flat and I’m not entering a gym for the next year probably, so no access to a rowing machine or pulley bar sadly. And no kettlebells either, too expensive.

I’ve looked through stuff from lifters but my problem is that there is a lot of bad advice out there from athletes and persona therapists alike. So I’m curious if anyone has personal experience since often anecdotal evidence can be more useful.

Up until recently I thought I had to stretch out my hip flexors, because it was recommended to me by my physio a few years ago when I was injured. Turns out I may have made e issue worse. But then she never diagnosed my problem.
