Tried to be consistent with cardio this week. Took a break the last two days and today woke up with bad lip pain. Looks like I may have reaggrivated my old injury.

Mountain climber exercise? Do you have access to a bike? With a trainer? Without you could jury rig something up but a trainer makes it easier. (not a human, they’re called bike trainers. They’re weird things you attach your bike to)

Imagine using your weight to propel you forward on ice with thin sticks with the anxiety of eating asphalt constantly running through your head. You’re not missing much. Some people enjoy it. I still have grit in my knee from 25 years ago going over the handlebars on gravel.

I’ve attempted to learn as an adult and it didn’t stick, but I know the theory behind it. I do wish I learned as a kid but it wasn’t what happened.
