Tried to be consistent with cardio this week. Took a break the last two days and today woke up with bad lip pain. Looks like I may have reaggrivated my old injury.

Imagine using your weight to propel you forward on ice with thin sticks with the anxiety of eating asphalt constantly running through your head. You’re not missing much. Some people enjoy it. I still have grit in my knee from 25 years ago going over the handlebars on gravel.

Jamie tossed out the idea of rowing. I don’t know if you have access to anything that could be used for that from a machine to a little aluminum boat. He also pointed out kettle bell swings, or something similar if you can’t access kettle bells (baskets/bags with handles)
