HIP pain, not lip pain.
Tried to be consistent with cardio this week. Took a break the last two days and today woke up with bad lip pain. Looks like I may have reaggrivated my old injury.

I have to admit I was more than a little unsympathetic to the complaint of 'lip pain'.

Mountain climber exercise? Do you have access to a bike? With a trainer? Without you could jury rig something up but a trainer makes it easier. (not a human, they’re called bike trainers. They’re weird things you attach your bike to)
