I've never had an argument with a white male vegan activist without him eventually drawing on 1) the sexual abuse of human women, 2) the rights of black people, or 3) the holocaust. Can you please make your point without tapping into an oppression you haven't experienced?

Did I ever tell you about the time that I tried to tell a guy that much of the impact of agriculture and raising livestock hasn't had the same amount of environmental impact that a lot of vegans/vegetarians say it does, and I was informed I was anti-science?

And I never denied that there wasn't a climate impact but he just wouldn't hear me on how soy farming, for instance, has been massively harmful. Or about the impact on people with crop harvesting. They just don't want to actually have a conversation.
