You’ve tried some great troubleshooting steps so far and we’d be happy to continue working on this with you. Do you have any other devices that you use for iTunes movies and if so, does the issue occur on this PC only?
@AppleSupport I do not get why my movies won’t play in iTunes on windows 10. Black screen, won’t start. Movie fully downloaded and just rented tonight. De-authorized and re-authorized, can’t check for updates because iTunes came from the microsoft store. Restarted PC + iTunes.

I don’t watch movies on any other device, because my phone doesn’t have enough space to download them. So it only happens on PC. I got a refund to try and re rent it but I can’t rent it again while the first purchase is still pending, so I got it elsewhere.
