I decided to make banana pudding this morning from scratch, and I love how the pudding liquid on the stove goes from “I’m liquid I’m liquid I’m runny I’m liquid” to suddenly “I’M THICK I’M THICK I’M THICK” in two seconds

Whoa, this pudding has an aurapic.twitter.com/26127B8iEB
I don’t even like bananas and I want some of that.
I’m a newly converted fan of meringue, it is so light and fluffy and looks so sexy after just five minutes in the oven. I’m also not super into bananas but this is a very yummy dessert
I love meringue (both the fluffy soft stuff and the hard crispy kind). I would absolutely try this haha.
I think technically you can swap banana for whatever fruit you like! Just search banana pudding and there are lots of recipes!
That’s a great idea actually.
