My sourdough starter grew a lot overnight so I had to find a use for the discard. I decided to try pancakes. I made a recipe since none of the ones I found looked that good to me.

The batter should be liquid but thick. I eyeballed a lot of this because I know what pancake batter should look like, but I think as long as it’s thick but liquid you should be okay. Liquid can be whatever you have also. I used some water because I didn’t have enough milk.

My starter btw is part oat flour and part self rising flour. I need a bigger jar for it tbh, but I don’t have one and idk if I should use a plastic container.
