It drives me bonkers when I post for cooking/baking ideas in a few fb groups I’m in, and list the parameters based on my health and living situation I still get a bunch of replies from people who seem to have just completely missed reading why I ask for help.

That’s some bullshit. (Hey I’ve got...a ton of cookbooks if you need any new ideas. Just let me know of any health things, foods you don’t like, etc, and I might be able to dig some stuff up)

Any baked goods that don’t require leavening or a huge amount of sugar, and no nuts? I got a bag of self rising flour, 6 eggs, salt, bit of sugar and honey, oats, spices and herbs, cheese. But limited baking apparatuses. Only baking sheets and cake tins.

I don’t have any yeast, and I’m not sure I can make a sourdough starter. So anything that can be made without would be good. I also have beer, I know some bread can be made with that.

Hell yeah. I think I’ve got a Guinness based beer bread recipe somewhere. Personally hadn’t tried it cuz I forgot and drank the beer instead. A buddy of mine swears beer bread is the best and cheapest beer is the best way to go. Also: I don’t blame you. Starters are scary.
