The ewe was one of a group I got from a herd dispersal in South Carolina a few years back. None ever really thrived. Only thing I never tested for that would act like this is CAE - caprine arthritis encephalitis - which can present as failure to thrive but w/o neuro symptoms

and itching like you get with scrapie. No itching and neuro symptoms ever showed up in any, so definitely not scrapie (plus I had a head tested from the first one that died of this).
