The thing about all the water hauling and hay bale slinging is that I am, unmistakably, putting on muscle. Being physically powerful despite the chronic pain bullshit is a new and interesting feeling.

Yeah and it's a little late to take up sheep farming. There's always bodyweight exercises like push ups!

True, but my rotator cuffs are messed up atm and my lower back is so weak that push ups are just not viable for me unfortunately. But body weight exercises are a good idea.
