They do decrease the immune system, to varying degrees depending on dosage. However, asthmatics are still needing to use their inhalers and afaik there haven’t been reports that they are more at risk because of their medication.

Definitely worrying and like I say, a lot of doctors saying we need to be careful with this info. I had RT’d a few today, if you look back on my timeline. Moreover, if this is new research, your doctor may well not be aware of any of this so asking them might not be useful.
