      this is your daily reminder that if you feel like you're tired all the time you could have an iron deficiency. comorbid especially w/ ADHD or having a period, among other things. on the other hand, it could just be capitalism.

      Not everyone, I’d always get a blood test first, iron toxicity is a thing. But a good way to make sure that you get a regular intake of iron with food is to each iron rich foods with a glass of orange juice. Vitamin C helps iron absorption.

          That said, make sure to get your results and don’t just accept the doctor saying you don’t have low iron! I spent years being told I didn’t but my levels were JUST over the anemia cutoff and boy have iron supplements helped.

          Well I was just over the anemia cut off and I was told to take supplements. Depends on the doctor I guess.
