I am in Dublin for a few days for a INVITE-ONLY SECRET EVENT (it's actually just an event that's not open to the public, but I am too in love with the implications of an UNDERGROUND SECRET SOCIETY to clarify outside of a parenthetical) ANYWAY WHAT SHOULD I SEE AND DO

Do not go to the Guinness Factory, unless you want to basically pay €20 for a long climb up stairs and a guinness. Do go to the National Art Gallery and the Archaeological Museum, the Book of Kells, Christchurch and/or St Patrick’s Cathedral

The Lincoln’s Inn is my fave pub and it’s right near the college, Coffeeangel is a really nice Irish cafe chain also near college. Powerscourt is a great shopping centre with unique shops, Hodges Figgis and Books Upstairs are awesome. George’s Street Arcade is also very cool.

Murphy’s Ice Cream has some amazing ice cream, that’s in the centre of town on Wicklow Street. The Chester Beatty Library is FANTASTIC. Super recommend.

The weather is a bit shit this week, so don’t waste an umbrella because the wind will destroy it. Just wear a hood and boots and you’ll be good. Also I recommend trying the loca delicacy: the chicken fillet roll. Available at places like Spar, Centra, Londis, etc.
