And statements saying that these discussions are not inclusive of other BIPOC and their experiences without actually pointing to others or elevating their voices instead of trying to excuse the behaviour of white medievalists is also not great.

Again, characterizing this as nitpicking *is* ignoring deeper issues about how white supremacy plays out in different fields/places & how BIPOC scholars from outside N America and Europe are often ignored entirely.
