It’s boring but I honestly think that roasted chicken and vegetables is one of my top ten favourite meals. I had to cut a lot of seasoning out of my diet this year except for salt and garlic, and even with just those two they really make chicken thighs and roasted veggies 
I’m reintroducing herbs and spices now, but I have to say, my spice tolerance dropped to zero this last year.

I used to be able to eat fairly spicy food too.

Unfortunately now if I have too much I get bad heartburn and IBS soooo yeah, I still have to eat mostly mild food these days.
