As for the historic angle, look, I love me a Civil War battlefield but the truth is we're halfway between DC and Richmond here. You can find a goddamned Civil War angle to try and thwart anyfuckingthing.

Please note that the ACTUAL FARMERS are all about the solar project so everybody who thinks we're the ones standing in the way of environmental progress kindly fuck off and go talk to these NoVa wankers running up the price of land down here for private estates.

Wanking on and on about the view and wedding chapels and shit. My dude, I know where that church is and "the middle of nowhere" is a kind descriptor. You should've bought surrounding land so people could have a reception there, dumbass.

Nobody is gonna want to get married and then drive 45 minutes to the nearest fucking reception venue. Christ.

That venue 45 minutes away is a full service wedding and reception venue at a fancy equestrian center, so I'm thinking most everyone will still just go there for the picturesque setting with reception on site catered by a Michelin star chef.
