@TorontoPearson your policy of forcing people to pick up their bags to put on another carousel wouldn't be so bad if you guys hadn't failed to put my bag on my flight last night with about two hours to go until boarding.

Yeah except the people running the baggage carousel in terminal 3 for the baggage ID were either WestJet or YYZ employees, and they never scanned my bag.
