@ea_games chat support is useless. I bought a sims 4 bundle. Bundled price is $49.98 and that’s the subtotal I was given when I clicked “pay.” I got charged $65.97. Agent responds by quoting me non-bundled prices of the individual DLC and condescending to me as if I can’t add.

I point out that yes, individually, they add up to nearly $70. But the function of the bundle is to entice people to buy more DLC by saving the gamer a couple of bucks. Origin let me build the bundle and gave me bundled pricing as the subtotal and then helped themselves to +$15

So after my agent took ten minutes to type “:)” he then spent another 7 minutes to type “let me consult with a specialist. 3-5 minutes.” We’re well past 5 now.

There was nothing to indicate that Get Famous could not be bundled. I was given a subtotal of $49.98. That’s the amount I agreed to. Agent offered to submit a bug report and said that’s all he could do. I asked him to escalate the case 12 minutes ago. He hasn’t said anything else

Agent just explained to me that “just because you could put it in the bundle and it told you you were paying one price, doesn’t mean you can expect to get the bundled price.”

Good idea. Looks like a lot of people had issues with the bundle but EA on the forums have indicated that it should be included.
