I understand. When you contacted us regarding the website, did we offer any additional insight? ^GL

I got the email, but it just says that I need to email in my student verification to sign up. Is that the only solution here? I feel like there is a problem if I can't go to the site at all.

Is it possible that you registered for Prime Student on your account previously? The membership is designed to be consecutive, so once you've used the registration page it will no longer be accessible. In which case we will have to address it via e-mail. ^GS

Years and years ago I did, back in 2011/2012. I had amazon prime student in Canada a few years back too but it’s separate. I had just regular prime here.

How odd! Just to clarify, is this the page you're having trouble viewing: https://amzn.to/2ROzolQ ? ^MH

If that is the link to prime student, then yes. But I managed to get it sorted, the person I was talking to over email manually subscribed me. Thanks for all your help, but yes, I remained unable to reach the prime student page.
