I contacted chat, they had someone just send me an email about verifying my student status by email, which I figured I would have to do anyway because of my email address but it doesn’t really change the problem of the website.

I understand. When you contacted us regarding the website, did we offer any additional insight? ^GL

Nope, just that I would get an email about it, that was all.

I got the email, but it just says that I need to email in my student verification to sign up. Is that the only solution here? I feel like there is a problem if I can't go to the site at all.

Is it possible that you registered for Prime Student on your account previously? The membership is designed to be consecutive, so once you've used the registration page it will no longer be accessible. In which case we will have to address it via e-mail. ^GS

Years and years ago I did, back in 2011/2012. I had amazon prime student in Canada a few years back too but it’s separate. I had just regular prime here.

But I have been able to access the sign up page after my prime student expired here.
