Hi there. If the item is marked delivered but was not, please submit a ticket with the postal service used to ship the item. They will work with the Canada Post international claims team to investigate this!
@canadaposthelps I sent a letter from Ireland to Canada. It was delivered by Canada Post on Oct 1 but they are claiming they never received it. I can't file a claim, because your website doesn't accept my foreign postal code. What should I do? I can't call where I am either.
