I don't think we necessarily need to see that as applying persistent online gameplay to other games, because if that is the case, that is not a good way forward. But I think if it's not confirmed yet then we'll just have to see.

I dunno, that's what it seems to indicate to me. There is no other big evolution to Anthem except that suddenly now you have to be online and multiplayer.

I'm not so sure, we don't know much about Anthem to be honest. Could apply to world building, quests, dynamics of the world, combat. Problem is we don't know much about either game still, even less about DA.
