My doc said I need to lose weight to take the stress off my joints :/ seems daunting tbh.
And tbh I’m not sure what to think.
But would that help my knee and hip is the question. I can’t really lift atm and I’m limited in terms of body weight exercises.
I would actually way prefer to be muscly as heck and real strong.
But sadly it seems unobtainable atm :(
it's still doable! you'd need a gym and you'd probably need to stick to leg presses/curls to start but it would still most likely be doable
I do have a gym, yeah. I wasn’t sure if presses or curls would be safe for my leg so I’ve avoided them but I might try with a very light weight.
