Gladdened to see the Abbey flying the White Ensign - a fitting tribute to a real legend. As for the "3 cheers" in the Service, led by Jimmy Tarbuck: that brought a tear to the eye!
Today I stood alongside many of my colleagues to pay our last respects to a remarkable man, Sir Donald Gosling, Vice Admiral of the United Kingdom.
